Equipment requirements

A lease should be built around the device you actually need: speed, color, paper sizes, scanning and finishing. Choosing a machine sized to your real volume avoids paying for capacity you never use.

Print allowances

Many copier agreements pair the lease with a service plan that includes a monthly page allowance. Base that allowance on meter readings from your current devices, and check how overages are billed and how meters are reported.

Contract terms

Review the term length, payment amount and frequency, lease type, and any fees added to the base payment. Lease approval, terms and conditions are set by the leasing agreement and confirmed in writing before you sign — we do not publish generic lease rates.

Service coverage and end of term

Confirm what service covers — parts, labor, toner — and how requests are made. Before you sign, read the end-of-term section: notice periods, renewal provisions, return arrangements and how the device's stored data will be erased.
