A high-volume color multifunction system at up to 73 ppm with a 4,150-sheet standard paper supply, built for busy central print areas. It prints at up to 65–73 ppm (pages per minute) in color and black and white, on paper up to 12" × 18". Functions: Print, Copy, Scan, optional Fax. The manufacturer rates its maximum monthly duty cycle at 400,000 pages — a ceiling, not a target, so choose a model whose everyday volume sits well below it.

Reading the specs: ppm means pages per minute; B&W means black and white. The maximum monthly duty cycle is the most pages a device is built to handle in a peak month — it is not a recommended workload.
